The high-range system packages enable the integration of the complete Control plus functional scope on a central control PC in the machine. The systems guarantee short cycle times when using the full range of functions such as PLC, visualization and apps, as well as motion and/or robotics in the application. Augmented Assist and Virtual Assist assistance systems can be used on the modern computer architecture. The capacitor UPS is required for safe operation. The Ethernet and EtherCAT interfaces are used to configure networking to higherlevel IT systems such as the Nexeed Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and the actuators/sensors. Typical areas of application include sophisticated assembly technology as well as short-cycle, testing and process machines. The operating and display devices can be selected for specific projects and enable flexible and intuitive operating concepts, including multiple operating concepts.
