The digital output module XI290202 is used to output binary 24 V control signals in a ctrlX I/O station. The module is designed with 2 channels in 2-wire technology. The short-circuit-proof push-pull output switches actively to 24 V or 0 V and has a low output delay. The signals are output DC-synchronously. The signal status is displayed on the channel LED on the detachable peripheral plug.<br><br>The outputs are issued with an adjustable divider of the bus cycle time (oversampling factor n). The module receives n bits of process data in each bus cycle, which are output one after the other at the rate bus cycle time / oversampling factor n. The minimum time for an output step width is 2 µs. The output of the output data is synchronized with high precision via distributed clock with other EtherCAT devices.<br><br>The digital outputs are powered by the 24 V supply from UP.<br><br>The logic and peripheral voltage supply as well as the EtherCAT-based module communication are routed by the module.
