Calculating statistical data for a machineStoring data as a CSV fileComparing the productivity of multiple shifts, machines or sites mapp Asset Intensity collects all of a machine's statistical data. This data is then displayed in an HMI application in either a table or graph format for further analysis. The collected data can be exported to a data storage device such as a USB flash drive, for example. Typical applications: Comparing productivity of multiple shiftsComparing downtime of multiple machinesOverview of collected statistical data in graph form Functional scope: mapp Asset Intensity collects statistical data from a machine, such as production rate and planned and unplanned downtime. The data can be summarized for a day, shift or batch, among other things. Data can be shown in the HMI application as either a table or graph as well as exported to a CSV file.
