The C7961E, F series are Solid State electronic UV flame sensor to detect ultraviolet radiation emitted by the combustion of most carbon-containing fuels such as natural gas, LP gases, and oil. Used with Honeywell burner controls to provide flame supervision in continuous operation for industrial burner applications. Replacement Product Information: The C7961E/F series Solid State UV flame detectors use the same enclosures as the C7061A/F series Powertube UV flame detectors, so no mechanical modifications are needed.
