Rod-shaped constant temperature detectors can be installed in a monitoring area as temperature alarms . The detector sends an alarm signal when ambient temperature reaches its set value, regardless of the ambient temperature rise rate . It can be used as a normally open switching temperature detector in a fire alarm system. The detector complies with explosion isolation requirements, with a protection class of IP67.
