Edge 13A non standard switchsockets are a range of 1.5mm slim socket outlets designed for use with T shaped earth pin plugs, which restricts access to power. All the sockets have double pole switching as standard and are available in a selection of high quality metallic finishes with a choice of black and white module inserts. These products are provided with facilities for clean earth connection. Designed for total quality, safety and reliability, the sockets boast a wealth of features that make them one of the safest and most advanced sockets available. Features & Benefits: 3 Pin "child resistant" safety shutter stystem - inhibits access to power unless all 3 pins of a plug are inserted. Non standard clean earth sockets are for use on installations where restricted access is required and will only accept a 647WHI 13A non standard plug with T shaped earth pin. Backed out, in line terminals for easier installation. 20 year guarantee. Double pole switching with additional electrical safety from the neutral pole contact "makes first" & "breaks last" after the live contact.
