Flex Alert is a flexible, Wi-Fi enabled first responder alerting device that delivers ramped audio and visual alerts followed by text-to-speech emergency dispatches. The device eliminates unnecesary interruptions through alert configuration by unit, incident type and location with the USDD FSA Mobile App. Alerts are delivered quickly and securely from dispatch center to the device through our secure cloud service via Wi-Fi.
