PCB terminal block, 218 Series, gray

Our PCB terminal block (item number 218-110) is the ideal way to connect conductors quickly and securely. You can rely on tried and tested safety with these PCB terminal blocks, perfect for a wide variety of applications when designing your devices. Rated current and voltage are key factors to consider when selecting a PCB terminal block, as they indicate how the product can be used. This product has a rated voltage of 160 V and a rated current of 6 A. Strip lengths must be between 5 mm and 6 mm when connecting conductors to this PCB terminal block. Featuring one conductor terminal along with CAGE CLAMP®, this connector is highly versatile. Our highly-rated and maintenance-free CAGE CLAMP® connection makes it easy to connect all types of conductors without having to prepare the conductor. For example, you don't need to crimp ferrules. The item's dimensions are 26.5 x 10.9 x 13 mm (width x height x depth). Depending on the type of conductor, this PCB terminal block is designed for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.08 mm² to 0.5 mm². Up to ten potentials / ten poles can be connected to this terminal strip using ten clamping points on one level. The gray housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation, the contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu), and the clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi). The contact surface is coated with tin. A slider is used to operate this PCB terminal block. THT is used to assemble the PCB terminal block. The conductor is designed to be inserted at an angle of 40°.. The solder pins measure 0.5 x 0.75 mm in cross-section and 2.8 mm in length and are organized over the entire terminal strip (in-line). There are two solder pins per potential.
