PCB terminal block, 218 Series, solder pin dimensions 0.5 x 0.75 mm

This PCB terminal block (item number 218-116) is designed for easy and secure connections. It is perfect for custom installations with different mounting types. Rated current and voltage are important parameters when selecting a PCB terminal block, as they indicate how the product can be used. This product has a rated voltage of 160 V and a rated current of 6 A. Conductors can only be connected to this PCB terminal block if their strip length is between 5 mm and 6 mm. This product incorporates one conductor terminal and utilizes CAGE CLAMP®. Our reliable and maintenance-free CAGE CLAMP® connection makes it easy to connect all types of conductors without having to prepare the conductor. For example, you don't need to crimp ferrules. The item's dimensions are 41.5 x 10.9 x 13 mm (width x height x depth). This PCB terminal block is suitable for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.08 mm² to 0.5 mm². It comes with one level and sixteen clamping points that you can use to connect sixteen potentials / 16 poles. The contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu), the gray housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation, and the clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi). Tin is used for coating the contact surfaces. This PCB terminal block is operated with a slider. The PCB terminal block is designed for THT soldering. The conductor is designed to be inserted at a 40° angle.. The solder pins are organized over the entire terminal strip (in-line) and are 0.5 x 0.75 mm and 2.8 mm in length. Each potential has two solder pins.
