PCB terminal block, 218 Series, solder pin dimensions 0.5 x 0.75 mm

This PCB terminal block (item number 218-502/000-006) is designed for quick and simple connections. You can rely on tried and tested safety with these PCB terminal blocks, perfect for a wide range of applications when designing your devices. This PCB terminal block has a rated voltage of 160 V and can handle currents up to 6 A. Conductors should only be connected to this PCB terminal block if their strip length is between 5 mm and 6 mm. Featuring one conductor terminal along with CAGE CLAMP®, this product is highly versatile. Our highly-rated and maintenance-free CAGE CLAMP® connection makes it easy to connect all conductor types without having to prepare the conductor. For example, you don't need to crimp ferrules. The item's dimensions are 6.58 x 10.9 x 13 mm (width x height x depth). This PCB terminal block is suitable for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.08 mm² to 0.5 mm². It comes with one level and two clamping points for connecting two potentials / 2 poles. The contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu), the clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi), and the blue housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation. Tin is used for coating the contact surfaces. This PCB terminal block is operated with a slider. THT is used to solder the PCB terminal block. The conductor is designed to be inserted into the board at an angle of 40°.. The solder pins are organized over the entire terminal strip (in-line). They are 0.5 x 0.75 mm and 2.8 mm in length. Each potential has two solder pins.
