PCB terminal block, 218 Series, with 2.54 mm pin spacing

Our PCB terminal block (item number 218-502/000-012) simplifies electrical installations. It is a universal connector that can be used practically anywhere, for example, as a pluggable PCB connector, panel feedthrough header, connector for rail-mount terminal blocks, or a floating connector for different mounting methods. This PCB terminal block has a rated voltage of 160 V and can handle currents up to 6 A. Ensure that the strip lengths are between 5 mm and 6 mm when connecting conductors to this PCB terminal block. This product features one conductor terminal and utilizes CAGE CLAMP®. Our celebrated universal connection known as CAGE CLAMP® is the industry standard for connection technology and electrical interconnections. The item's dimensions are 6.58 x 10.9 x 13 mm (width x height x depth). This PCB terminal block is suitable for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.08 mm² to 0.5 mm². It has one level. You can connect two potentials / two poles using the two clamping points. The orange housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation, the contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu), and the clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi). The contact surface is coated with tin. A slider is used to operate this PCB terminal block. The PCB terminal block is designed for THT soldering. The conductor is designed to be inserted at an angle of 40°.. The solder pins are organized over the entire terminal strip (in-line). They are 0.5 x 0.75 mm and 2.8 mm in length. Each potential has two solder pins.
