PCB terminal block, 218 Series, slider

Connect conductors quickly and safely with this PCB terminal block (item number 218-506). It offers the flexibility needed for different mounting types. Rated current and voltage are important parameters when selecting a PCB terminal block, as they indicate how the product can be used. This product has a rated voltage of 160 V and a rated current of 6 A. Ensure that the strip lengths are between 5 mm and 6 mm when connecting conductors to this PCB terminal block. This product features one conductor terminal and utilizes CAGE CLAMP®. Our CAGE CLAMP® connection offers a reliable and maintenance-free way to connect all types of conductors. You do not need to prepare the conductor in any way, such as crimping ferrules. Dimensions: 16.74 x 10.9 x 13 mm (width x height x depth). Depending on the conductor type, this PCB terminal block is suitable for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.08 mm² to 0.5 mm². Up to six potentials / six poles can be connected to this terminal strip using six clamping points on one level. The clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi), the contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu), and the gray housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation. Tin is used for coating the contact surfaces. This PCB terminal block is operated with a slider. The PCB terminal block is designed for THT soldering. The conductor is designed to be inserted at a 40° angle.. The solder pins measure 0.5 x 0.75 mm in cross-section and 2.8 mm in length and are laid out over the entire terminal strip (in-line). There are two solder pins per potential.
