PCB terminal block, 233 Series, 30 °conductor entry to board

This PCB terminal block (item number 233-404) is designed for quick and simple connections. You can rely on tried and tested safety with these PCB terminal blocks, perfect for a wide range of applications when designing your devices. Our PCB terminal block is rated for 160 V and is designed to handle a rated current of up to 6 A. Ensure that the strip lengths are between 5 mm and 6 mm when connecting conductors to this PCB terminal block. This product features one conductor terminal and utilizes CAGE CLAMP®. Our CAGE CLAMP® connection provides a secure and maintenance-free way to connect all types of conductors. You do not need to prepare the conductor in any way, such as crimping ferrules. The item's dimensions are 12.46 x 15.7 x 12.1 mm (width x height x depth). Depending on the conductor type, this PCB terminal block is suitable for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.08 mm² to 0.5 mm². It comes with one level and four clamping points that you can use to connect four potentials / 4 poles. The orange housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation, the clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi), and the contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu). Tin is used for coating the contact surfaces. This PCB terminal block is operated with an operating tool. THT is used to solder the PCB terminal block. The conductor is designed to be inserted at a 30° angle.. The solder pins are organized over the entire terminal strip (in-line) and are 0.5 x 0.75 mm cross-section and 4 mm in length. Each potential has two solder pins.
