PCB terminal block, 234 Series, CAGE CLAMP®

Our PCB terminal block (item number 234-203) ensures effortless electrical installations. It is a universal connector that can be used almost anywhere, for example, as a pluggable PCB connector, panel feedthrough header, connector for rail-mount terminal blocks, or a floating connector for different mounting methods. Rated current and voltage are important parameters when choosing a PCB terminal block, as they indicate possible applications and uses. This product has a rated voltage of 160 V and a rated current of 6 A. Conductors should only be connected to this PCB terminal block if their strip length is between 5 mm and 6 mm. Featuring one conductor terminal along with CAGE CLAMP®, this connector outperforms the competition. Our highly-rated and maintenance-free CAGE CLAMP® connection makes it easy to connect all types of conductors without having to prepare the conductor. For example, you don't need to crimp ferrules. The item's dimensions are 9.7 x 18 x 14.4 mm (width x height x depth). This PCB terminal block is suitable for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.08 mm² to 0.5 mm². It has one level. You can connect three potentials / three poles using the three clamping points. The gray housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation, the clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi), and the contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu). Tin is used for coating the contact surfaces. This PCB terminal block is operated with a push-button. THT is used to solder the PCB terminal block. The conductor is designed to be inserted at an angle of 90°.. The solder pins measure 0.5 x 0.75 mm in cross-section and 4 mm in length and are arranged over the entire terminal strip (in-line). There are two solder pins per potential.
