PCB terminal block, 235 Series, with 3.81 mm pin spacing

This PCB terminal block (item number 235-102/330-000) is designed for quick and easy connections. It is a universal connector that can be used practically anywhere, e.g., as a pluggable PCB connector, panel feedthrough header, connector for rail-mount terminal blocks, or a floating connector for different mounting methods. Our PCB terminal block is rated for 320 V and is designed for use with a rated current of up to 17.5 A. It can therefore be used in high-load applications. Ensure that the strip lengths are between 9 mm and 10 mm when connecting conductors to this PCB terminal block. Featuring one conductor terminal along with PUSH WIRE®, this connector outperforms the competition. Our PUSH WIRE® connection uses the stiffness of the conductor to overcome the clamping spring's contact force, allowing faster and easier conductor clamping. The dimensions are 9.12 x 12.8 x 12.5 mm (width x height x depth). This PCB terminal block is suitable for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.5 mm² to 1.5 mm². It has one level. You can connect two potentials / two poles using the two clamping points. The contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu), the clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi), and the orange housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation. Tin is used for coating the contact surfaces. An operating tool is used to operate this PCB terminal block. THT is used to assemble the PCB terminal block. The conductor is designed to be inserted at an angle of 0°.. The solder pins, which are 0.8 x 0.4 mm in cross-section and 3.6 mm long, are set out over the entire terminal strip (in-line). There are two solder pins per potential.
