PCB terminal block, 235 Series, operating tool

Connecting conductors is quick and easy with this PCB terminal block (item number 235-108/330-000). It is a universal connector that can be used almost anywhere, e.g., as a pluggable PCB connector, panel feedthrough header, connector for rail-mount terminal blocks, or a floating connector for different mounting methods. Our PCB terminal block is rated for 320 V and is designed to handle a rated current of up to 17.5 A. It can therefore be used in high-load applications. Strip lengths must be between 9 mm and 10 mm when connecting conductors to this PCB terminal block. This product features one conductor terminal and utilizes PUSH WIRE®. Our reliable PUSH WIRE® connection offers the fastest method for clamping conductors. It utilizes the conductor's stiffness to overcome the clamping spring's contact force. The item's dimensions are 31.98 x 12.8 x 12.5 mm (width x height x depth). Depending on the conductor type, this PCB terminal block is suitable for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.5 mm² to 1.5 mm². It features one level and eight clamping points for connecting eight potentials / 8 poles. The clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi), the contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu), and the orange housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation. Tin is used for coating the contact surfaces. An operating tool is used to operate this PCB terminal block. THT is used to solder the PCB terminal block. Insert the conductor at an angle of 0°.. The solder pins, which are 0.8 x 0.4 mm in cross-section and 3.6 mm long, are arranged over the entire terminal strip (in-line). There are two solder pins per potential.
