PCB terminal block, 235 Series, 0 °conductor entry to board

Easily, quickly and safely connect conductors with this PCB terminal block (item number 235-401). It is a universal connector that can be used practically anywhere, e.g., as a pluggable PCB connector, panel feedthrough header, connector for rail-mount terminal blocks, or a floating connector for different mounting methods. Rated current and voltage are key factors to consider when choosing a PCB terminal block, as they indicate possible applications and uses. This product has a rated voltage of 320 V and a rated current of 24 A, making it suitable for high-load applications. Conductors should only be connected to this PCB terminal block if their strip length is between 9 mm and 10 mm. This product features one conductor terminal and utilizes PUSH WIRE®. Our trusted PUSH WIRE® connection offers the fastest method for clamping conductors. It utilizes the conductor's stiffness to overcome the clamping spring's contact force. The item's dimensions are 6.5 x 12.8 x 12.5 mm (width x height x depth). Depending on the type of conductor, this PCB terminal block is suitable for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.5 mm² to 2.5 mm². It features one level and a clamping point that you can use to connect a single potential / 1 pole. The contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu), the clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi), and the gray housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation. Tin is used for coating the contact surfaces. This PCB terminal block is operated with an operating tool. The PCB terminal block is designed for THT soldering. Insert the conductor into the board at an angle of 0°.. The solder pins are organized within the terminal block (in-line) and are 0.8 x 0.4 mm and 3.6 mm in length. Each potential has two solder pins.
