<h2>PCB terminal block, 235 Series, 0 °conductor entry to board</h2><br/><br/>Easily, quickly and safely connect conductors with this PCB terminal block (item number 235-404/000-006). It offers the flexibility needed for different mounting types. This PCB terminal block has a rated voltage of 320 V and can handle currents up to 24 A, making it suitable for high-load applications. Ensure that the strip lengths are between 9 mm and 10 mm when connecting conductors to this PCB terminal block. This product incorporates one conductor terminal and utilizes PUSH WIRE®. Our PUSH WIRE® connection uses the stiffness of the conductor to overcome the clamping spring's contact force, allowing you to clamp the conductor in place more quickly and easily. The dimensions are 21.5 x 12.8 x 12.5 mm (width x height x depth). This PCB terminal block is suitable for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.5 mm² to 2.5 mm². Up to four potentials / four poles can be connected to this terminal strip using four clamping points on one level. The clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi), the blue housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation, and the contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu). Tin is used for coating the contact surfaces. An operating tool is used to operate this PCB terminal block. THT is used to assemble the PCB terminal block. Insert the conductor into the board at an angle of 0°.. The solder pins are organized over the entire terminal strip (in-line) and are 0.8 x 0.4 mm cross-section and 3.6 mm in length.
