PCB terminal block, 235 Series, PUSH WIRE®

This PCB terminal block (item number 235-407) streamlines wire connections, making them both quick and easy. It is a universal connector that can be used practically anywhere, for example, as a pluggable PCB connector, panel feedthrough header, connector for rail-mount terminal blocks, or a floating connector for different mounting methods. Our PCB terminal block is rated for 320 V and is designed for use with a rated current of up to 24 A. It is therefore suitable for high-load applications. Conductors should only be connected to this PCB terminal block if their strip length is between 9 mm and 10 mm. This product features one conductor terminal and utilizes PUSH WIRE®. Our PUSH WIRE® connection uses the stiffness of the conductor to overcome the clamping spring's contact force, allowing faster and easier conductor clamping. The dimensions are 36.5 x 12.8 x 12.5 mm (width x height x depth). Depending on the type of conductor, this PCB terminal block is ideal for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.5 mm² to 2.5 mm². It comes with one level and seven clamping points that you can use to connect seven potentials / 7 poles. The gray housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation, the contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu), and the clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi). The contact surface is coated with tin. This PCB terminal block is operated with an operating tool. THT is used to solder the PCB terminal block. The conductor is designed to be inserted into the board at a 0° angle.. The solder pins, which are 0.8 x 0.4 mm in cross-section and 3.6 mm long, are set out over the entire terminal strip (in-line). There are two solder pins per potential.
