PCB terminal block, 235 Series, 0 °conductor entry to board

Our PCB terminal block (item number 235-727) makes connections quick and easy. It is a universal connector that can be used almost anywhere, for example, as a pluggable PCB connector, panel feedthrough header, connector for rail-mount terminal blocks, or a floating connector for different mounting methods. Rated current and voltage are important parameters when choosing a PCB terminal block, as they indicate possible applications and uses. This product has a rated voltage of 630 V and a rated current of 10 A. Ensure that the strip lengths are between 9 mm and 10 mm when connecting conductors to this PCB terminal block. Featuring one conductor terminal along with PUSH WIRE®, this connector outperforms the competition. Our PUSH WIRE® connection uses the stiffness of the conductor to overcome the clamping spring's contact force, allowing you to clamp the conductor in place more quickly and easily. Dimensions: 9 x 12.8 x 12.5 mm (width x height x depth). Depending on the conductor type, this PCB terminal block is designed for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.25 mm² to 0.75 mm². It comes with one level and two clamping points for connecting a single potential / 1 pole. The clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi), the light green housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation, and the contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu). Tin is used for coating the contact surfaces. An operating tool is used to operate this PCB terminal block. The PCB terminal block is designed for THT soldering. Insert the conductor at an angle of 0°.. The solder pins, which are 0.8 x 0.4 mm in cross-section and 3.6 mm long, are laid out within the terminal block (in-line). There are two solder pins per potential.
