PCB terminal block, 235 Series, red

Our PCB terminal block (item number 235-750/331-000) is the perfect way to connect conductors quickly and easily. It is a universal connector that can be used almost anywhere, for example, as a pluggable PCB connector, panel feedthrough header, connector for rail-mount terminal blocks, or a floating connector for different mounting methods. Rated current and voltage are important parameters when choosing a PCB terminal block, as they determine the product's suitability for different applications. This product has a rated voltage of 630 V and a rated current of 17.5 A, making it suitable for high-load applications. Conductors can only be connected to this PCB terminal block if their strip length is between 9 mm and 10 mm. Featuring one conductor terminal along with Push-in CAGE CLAMP®, this connector delivers reliable performance. Our Push-in CAGE CLAMP® is a universal, maintenance-free connection solution for all conductor types, offering a key advantage: both solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules can be directly inserted without the need for tools or any preparation, such as crimping the ferrule. The item's dimensions are 9 x 19.1 x 12.5 mm (width x height x depth). Depending on the conductor type, this PCB terminal block is suitable for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.2 mm² to 1.5 mm². It features one level and a clamping point for connecting a single potential / 1 pole. The clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi), the contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu), and the red housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation. The contact surface is coated with tin. A push-button is used to operate this PCB terminal block. THT is used to solder the PCB terminal block. Insert the conductor into the board at a 0° angle.. The solder pins are organized within the terminal block (in-line). They are 0.4 x 0.8 mm and 3.6 mm in length. Each potential has two solder pins.
