PCB terminal block, 235 Series, Push-in CAGE CLAMP®

Our PCB terminal block (item number 235-752/331-000) simplifies electrical installations. It is a universal connector that can be used practically anywhere, e.g., as a pluggable PCB connector, panel feedthrough header, connector for rail-mount terminal blocks, or a floating connector for different mounting methods. Our PCB terminal block is rated for 630 V and is designed to handle a rated current of up to 17.5 A. It can therefore be used in high-load applications. Ensure that the strip lengths are between 9 mm and 10 mm when connecting conductors to this PCB terminal block. Featuring one conductor terminal along with Push-in CAGE CLAMP®, this connector delivers reliable performance. Our Push-in CAGE CLAMP® is a universal, maintenance-free connection solution for all conductor types, boasting a key feature: It allows direct insertion of both solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules without needing tools. No preparation is required; for example, crimping the conductor's ferrule is not necessary. Dimensions: 9 x 19.1 x 12.5 mm (width x height x depth). Depending on the type of conductor, this PCB terminal block is suitable for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.2 mm² to 1.5 mm². It has one level. The single potential can connect one pole using one clamping point The clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi), the contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu), and the dark gray housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation. Tin is used for coating the contact surfaces. A push-button is used to operate this PCB terminal block. THT is used to assemble the PCB terminal block. Insert the conductor at a 0° angle.. The solder pins, which are 0.4 x 0.8 mm in cross-section and 3.6 mm long, are set out within the terminal block (in-line). There are two solder pins per potential.
