PCB terminal block, 235 Series, solder pin dimensions 0.4 x 0.8 mm

Our PCB terminal block (item number 235-774) makes connecting wires quick and easy. It offers the flexibility needed for different mounting types. This PCB terminal block has a rated voltage of 320 V and can handle currents up to 17.5 A, making it ideal for high-load applications. Ensure that the strip lengths are between 9 mm and 10 mm when connecting conductors to this PCB terminal block. This product incorporates one conductor terminal and utilizes Push-in CAGE CLAMP®. Our Push-in CAGE CLAMP® is a universal, maintenance-free connection solution for all conductor types, boasting a key feature: It allows direct insertion of both solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules without needing tools. No preparation is required; for example, crimping the conductor's ferrule is not necessary. The dimensions are 5.3 x 19.1 x 12.5 mm (width x height x depth). Depending on the type of conductor, this PCB terminal block is designed for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.5 mm² to 1.5 mm². It comes with one level and a clamping point that you can use to connect a single potential / 1 pole. The clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi), the contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu), and the blue housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation. Tin is used for coating the contact surfaces. A push-button is used to operate this PCB terminal block. The PCB terminal block is designed for THT soldering. The conductor is designed to be inserted at an angle of 0°.. The solder pins, which are 0.4 x 0.8 mm in cross-section and 3.6 mm long, are set out within the terminal block (in-line). There are two solder pins per potential.
