PCB terminal block, 236 Series, solder pin dimensions 0.7 x 0.7 mm

This PCB terminal block (item number 236-408/334-023) is designed to connect conductors quickly and easily. It is a universal connector that can be used almost anywhere, for example, as a pluggable PCB connector, panel feedthrough header, connector for rail-mount terminal blocks, or a floating connector for different mounting methods. This PCB terminal block has a rated voltage of 320 V and can handle currents up to 24 A, making it ideal for high-load applications. Strip lengths must be between 5 mm and 6 mm when connecting conductors to this PCB terminal block. This product features one conductor terminal and utilizes CAGE CLAMP®. Our CAGE CLAMP® connection provides a safe and maintenance-free way to connect all types of conductors. You do not need to prepare the conductor in any way, such as crimping ferrules. The item's dimensions are 42.3 x 16.6 x 14 mm (width x height x depth). This PCB terminal block is suitable for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.08 mm² to 2.5 mm². It features one level and eight clamping points for connecting eight potentials / 8 poles. The contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu), the clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi), and the green housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation. Tin is used for coating the contact surfaces. An operating tool is used to operate this PCB terminal block. The PCB terminal block is designed for THT soldering. The conductor is designed to be inserted at an angle of 45°.. The solder pins measure 0.7 x 0.7 mm in cross-section and 3.6 mm in length and are organized over the entire terminal strip (in-line). There are two solder pins per potential.
