PCB terminal block, 236 Series, with 5 mm pin spacing

Our PCB terminal block (item number 236-710) ensures effortless electrical installations. It is a universal connector that can be used almost anywhere, for example, as a pluggable PCB connector, panel feedthrough header, connector for rail-mount terminal blocks, or a floating connector for different mounting methods. Our PCB terminal block is rated for 320 V and is designed to handle a rated current of up to 24 A. It can therefore be used in high-load applications. Strip lengths must be between 5 mm and 6 mm when connecting conductors to this PCB terminal block. This product features one conductor terminal and utilizes CAGE CLAMP®. Our CAGE CLAMP® connection provides a reliable and maintenance-free way to connect all types of conductors. You do not need to prepare the conductor in any way, such as crimping ferrules. The item's dimensions are 7.2 x 17 x 14 mm (width x height x depth). Depending on the type of conductor, this PCB terminal block is suitable for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.08 mm² to 2.5 mm². It has one level. You can connect a single potential / one pole using one clamping point. The contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu), the red housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation, and the clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi). Tin is used for coating the contact surfaces. An operating tool is used to operate this PCB terminal block. THT is used to assemble the PCB terminal block. The conductor is designed to be inserted into the board at an angle of 45°.. The solder pins are organized over the entire terminal strip (in-line) and are 0.7 x 0.7 mm and 4 mm in length. Each potential has one solder pin.
