It is a universal connector that can be used almost anywhere, for example, as a pluggable PCB connector, panel feedthrough header, connector for rail-mount terminal blocks, or a floating connector for different mounting methods. This PCB terminal block has a rated voltage of 320 V and can handle currents up to 24 A, making it ideal for high-load applications. Strip lengths must be between 5 mm and 6 mm when connecting conductors to this PCB terminal block. This product incorporates one conductor terminal and utilizes CAGE CLAMP®. Our CAGE CLAMP® connection offers a reliable and maintenance-free way to connect all types of conductors. You do not need to prepare the conductor in any way, such as crimping ferrules. Dimensions: 7.2 x 17 x 14 mm (width x height x depth). Depending on the type of conductor, this PCB terminal block is designed for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.08 mm² to 2.5 mm². Up to one potential / one pole can be connected to this terminal block using one clamping point on one level. The contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu), the red housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation, and the clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi). The contact surface is coated with tin. An operating tool is used to operate this PCB terminal block. THT is used to solder the PCB terminal block. The conductor is designed to be inserted into the board at a 45° angle.. The solder pins are organized within the terminal block (in-line) and are 0.7 x 0.7 mm and 4 mm in length.
