PCB terminal block, 250 Series, push-button

This PCB terminal block (item number 250-205/000-006) is designed to connect conductors quickly and easily. It is a universal connector that can be used almost anywhere, e.g., as a pluggable PCB connector, panel feedthrough header, connector for rail-mount terminal blocks, or a floating connector for different mounting methods. Rated current and voltage are key factors to consider when choosing a PCB terminal block, as they determine the product's suitability for different applications. This product has a rated voltage of 320 V and a rated current of 8 A. Conductors should only be connected to this PCB terminal block if their strip length is between 8.5 mm and 9.5 mm. Featuring one conductor terminal along with Push-in CAGE CLAMP®, this connector delivers reliable performance. Our Push-in CAGE CLAMP® is a universal, maintenance-free connection solution for all conductor types, offering a key advantage: both solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules can be directly inserted without the need for tools or any preparation, such as crimping the ferrule. The item's dimensions are 19 x 16.7 x 12 mm (width x height x depth). This PCB terminal block is suitable for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.2 mm² to 1.5 mm². It has one level. Five potentials can connect five poles using the five clamping points The blue housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation and the clamping spring is made of a Copper alloy. Tin is used for coating the contact surfaces. A push-button is used to operate this PCB terminal block. THT is used to solder the PCB terminal block. Insert the conductor into the board at an angle of 45°.. The solder pins are organized over the entire terminal strip (staggered) and are 0.4 x 0.75 mm cross-section and 3.4 mm in length. Each potential has one solder pin.
