<h2>PCB terminal block, 254 Series, 45 °conductor entry to board</h2><br/><br/>Easily, quickly and safely connect conductors with this PCB terminal block (item number 254-458/000-004). You can rely on tried and tested safety with these PCB terminal blocks, perfect for a host of applications when designing your devices. This PCB terminal block has a rated voltage of 320 V and can handle currents up to 24 A, making it ideal for high-load applications. Strip lengths must be between 10 mm and 12 mm when connecting conductors to this PCB terminal block. This product features one conductor terminal and utilizes PUSH WIRE®. Our PUSH WIRE® connection uses the stiffness of the conductor to overcome the clamping spring's contact force, allowing faster and easier conductor clamping. The dimensions are 41.5 x 19.7 x 13.5 mm (width x height x depth). Depending on the conductor type, this PCB terminal block is designed for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.5 mm² to 2.5 mm². It features one level and eight clamping points that you can use to connect eight potentials / 8 poles. The clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi), the black housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation, and the contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu). The contact surface is coated with tin. An operating tool is used to operate this PCB terminal block. THT is used to assemble the PCB terminal block. The conductor is designed to be inserted into the board at an angle of 45°.. The solder pins, which are 0.5 x 0.75 mm in cross-section and 4 mm long, are set out over the entire terminal strip (in-line). There are two solder pins per potential.<br/>
