PCB terminal block, 255 Series, with 5 mm pin spacing

Our PCB terminal block (item number 255-746) is designed for seamless electrical installations. It is a universal connector that can be used practically anywhere, for example, as a pluggable PCB connector, panel feedthrough header, connector for rail-mount terminal blocks, or a floating connector for different mounting methods. Rated current and voltage are key factors to consider when selecting a PCB terminal block, as they indicate how the product can be used. This product has a rated voltage of 320 V and a rated current of 24 A, making it suitable for high-load applications. Conductors can only be connected to this PCB terminal block if their strip length is between 5 mm and 6 mm. Featuring one conductor terminal along with CAGE CLAMP®, this product delivers reliable performance. Our highly-rated and maintenance-free CAGE CLAMP® connection makes it easy to connect all types of conductors without having to prepare the conductor. For example, you don't need to crimp ferrules. The item's dimensions are 7.8 x 18.2 x 18.3 mm (width x height x depth). Depending on the conductor type, this PCB terminal block is suitable for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.08 mm² to 2.5 mm². Up to one potential / one pole can be connected to this terminal block using one clamping point on one level. The contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu), the orange housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation, and the clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi). The contact surface is coated with tin. This PCB terminal block is operated with a push-button. THT is used to assemble the PCB terminal block. Insert the conductor at a 90° angle.. The solder pins are organized within the terminal block (in-line) and are 0.7 x 0.7 mm cross-section and 4 mm in length. Each potential has two solder pins.
