PCB terminal block, 2604 Series, Push-in CAGE CLAMP®

Connect conductors quickly and securely with this PCB terminal block (item number 2604-1112). It is perfect for custom installations with different mounting types. Our PCB terminal block is rated for 400 V and is designed for use with a rated current of up to 32 A. It can therefore be used in high-load applications. Strip lengths must be between 9 mm and 11 mm when connecting conductors to this PCB terminal block. Featuring one conductor terminal along with Push-in CAGE CLAMP®, this product delivers reliable performance. Push-in CAGE CLAMP® connection technology is ideal for connecting all conductor types. Solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules can be pushed in without the need for tools—all thanks to its pluggable design. The item's dimensions are 62.4 x 20.7 x 19.2 mm (width x height x depth). Depending on the conductor type, this PCB terminal block is ideal for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.2 mm² to 4 mm². It comes with one level and twelve clamping points for connecting twelve potentials / 12 poles. The clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi), the gray housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation, and the contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu). The contact surface is coated with tin. This PCB terminal block is operated with a lever. THT is used to assemble the PCB terminal block. Insert the conductor into the board at a 0° angle.. The solder pins measure 0.8 x 1 mm in cross-section and 4 mm in length and are laid out over the entire terminal strip (in-line). There are two solder pins per potential.
