PCB terminal block, 2604 Series, with 11.5 mm pin spacing

This PCB terminal block (item number 2604-1508) streamlines wire connections, making them both quick and easy. It is a universal connector that can be used almost anywhere, for example, as a pluggable PCB connector, panel feedthrough header, connector for rail-mount terminal blocks, or a floating connector for different mounting methods. Rated current and voltage are key factors to consider when choosing a PCB terminal block, as they indicate how the product can be used. This product has a rated voltage of 1000 V and a rated current of 32 A, making it suitable for high-load applications. Ensure that the strip lengths are between 9 mm and 11 mm when connecting conductors to this PCB terminal block. Featuring one conductor terminal along with Push-in CAGE CLAMP®, this connector outperforms the competition. Push-in CAGE CLAMP® technology provides a universal connection solution for any type of conductor. It allows both solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules to be inserted directly into the clamping point without the need for tools. The item's dimensions are 87.9 x 20.7 x 19.2 mm (width x height x depth). Depending on the conductor type, this PCB terminal block is ideal for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.2 mm² to 4 mm². Up to eight potentials / eight poles can be connected to this terminal strip using eight clamping points on one level. The clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi), the gray housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation, and the contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu). Tin is used for coating the contact surfaces. A lever is used to operate this PCB terminal block. The PCB terminal block is designed for THT soldering. Insert the conductor at a 0° angle.. The solder pins, which are 0.8 x 1 mm in cross-section and 4 mm long, are laid out over the entire terminal strip (in-line). There are two solder pins per potential.
