PCB terminal block, 2604 Series, gray

This PCB terminal block (item number 2604-1509) is designed to connect conductors quickly and easily. It is a universal connector that can be used almost anywhere, for example, as a pluggable PCB connector, panel feedthrough header, connector for rail-mount terminal blocks, or a floating connector for different mounting methods. Rated current and voltage are key factors to consider when selecting a PCB terminal block, as they indicate how the product can be used. This product has a rated voltage of 1000 V and a rated current of 32 A, making it suitable for high-load applications. Conductors should only be connected to this PCB terminal block if their strip length is between 9 mm and 11 mm. Featuring one conductor terminal along with Push-in CAGE CLAMP®, this connector is highly versatile. Push-in CAGE CLAMP® connection technology is ideal for connecting all conductor types. Both solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules can be pushed in without the need for tools—all thanks to its pluggable design. The dimensions are 99.4 x 20.7 x 19.2 mm (width x height x depth). Depending on the type of conductor, this PCB terminal block is ideal for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.2 mm² to 4 mm². Up to nine potentials / nine poles can be connected to this terminal strip using nine clamping points on one level. The gray housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation, the contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu), and the clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi). The contact surface is coated with tin. This PCB terminal block is operated with a lever. The PCB terminal block is designed for THT soldering. Insert the conductor at a 0° angle.. The solder pins are organized over the entire terminal strip (in-line) and are 0.8 x 1 mm and 4 mm in length. Each potential has two solder pins.
