PCB terminal block, 2604 Series, solder pin dimensions 0.8 x 1 mm

Quick and easy connections are guaranteed with this PCB terminal block (item number 2604-3107). It is a universal connector that can be used practically anywhere, for example, as a pluggable PCB connector, panel feedthrough header, connector for rail-mount terminal blocks, or a floating connector for different mounting methods. Rated current and voltage are important parameters when selecting a PCB terminal block, as they indicate how the product can be used. This product has a rated voltage of 400 V and a rated current of 32 A, making it suitable for high-load applications. Conductors should only be connected to this PCB terminal block if their strip length is between 9 mm and 11 mm. This product features one conductor terminal and utilizes Push-in CAGE CLAMP®. Push-in CAGE CLAMP® connection technology is ideal for connecting all conductor types. It allows direct insertion of both solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules without the need for tools—all thanks to its pluggable design. The dimensions are 37.4 x 25.3 x 16.7 mm (width x height x depth). Depending on the type of conductor, this PCB terminal block is ideal for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.2 mm² to 4 mm². It has one level. Seven potentials can connect seven poles using the seven clamping points The contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu), the gray housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation, and the clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi). The contact surface is coated with tin. This PCB terminal block is operated with a lever. THT is used to solder the PCB terminal block. The conductor is designed to be inserted into the board at an angle of 90°.. The solder pins measure 0.8 x 1 mm in cross-section and 4 mm in length and are laid out over the entire terminal strip (in-line). There are two solder pins per potential.
