PCB terminal block, 2604 Series, lever

This PCB terminal block (item number 2604-3110) is designed to connect conductors quickly and easily. It is a universal connector that can be used almost anywhere, for example, as a pluggable PCB connector, panel feedthrough header, connector for rail-mount terminal blocks, or a floating connector for different mounting methods. Rated current and voltage are important parameters when selecting a PCB terminal block, as they indicate how the product can be used. This product has a rated voltage of 400 V and a rated current of 32 A, making it suitable for high-load applications. Conductors should only be connected to this PCB terminal block if their strip length is between 9 mm and 11 mm. Featuring one conductor terminal along with Push-in CAGE CLAMP®, this connector delivers reliable performance. Push-in CAGE CLAMP® technology provides a universal connection solution for all conductor types. It allows both solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules to be inserted directly into the clamping point without the need for tools. The dimensions are 52.4 x 25.3 x 16.7 mm (width x height x depth). This PCB terminal block is suitable for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.2 mm² to 4 mm². It has one level. Ten potentials can connect ten poles using the ten clamping points The clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi), the gray housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation, and the contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu). The contact surface is coated with tin. A lever is used to operate this PCB terminal block. The PCB terminal block is designed for THT soldering. Insert the conductor at an angle of 90°.. The solder pins measure 0.8 x 1 mm in cross-section and 4 mm in length and are laid out over the entire terminal strip (in-line). There are two solder pins per potential.
