PCB terminal block, 2604 Series, gray

Quick and easy connections are guaranteed with this PCB terminal block (item number 2604-3112). It is a universal connector that can be used almost anywhere, for example, as a pluggable PCB connector, panel feedthrough header, connector for rail-mount terminal blocks, or a floating connector for different mounting methods. This PCB terminal block has a rated voltage of 400 V and can handle currents up to 32 A, making it suitable for high-load applications. Ensure that the strip lengths are between 9 mm and 11 mm when connecting conductors to this PCB terminal block. Featuring one conductor terminal along with Push-in CAGE CLAMP®, this product delivers reliable performance. Push-in CAGE CLAMP® connection technology is ideal for connecting all conductor types. It allows direct insertion of both solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules without needing to use any tools—all thanks to its pluggable design. The dimensions are 62.4 x 25.3 x 16.7 mm (width x height x depth). Depending on the type of conductor, this PCB terminal block is suitable for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.2 mm² to 4 mm². Up to twelve potentials / twelve poles can be connected to this terminal strip using twelve clamping points on one level. The contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu), the clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi), and the gray housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation. The contact surface is coated with tin. A lever is used to operate this PCB terminal block. THT is used to solder the PCB terminal block. Insert the conductor into the board at a 90° angle.. The solder pins, which are 0.8 x 1 mm in cross-section and 4 mm long, are set out over the entire terminal strip (in-line). There are two solder pins per potential.
