PCB terminal block, 2604 Series, gray

Our PCB terminal block (item number 2604-3304) is designed for seamless electrical installations. You can count on tried and tested safety with these PCB terminal blocks, perfect for a wide range of applications when designing your devices. Rated current and voltage are key factors to consider when selecting a PCB terminal block, as they indicate how the product can be used. This product has a rated voltage of 1000 V and a rated current of 32 A, making it suitable for high-load applications. Strip lengths must be between 9 mm and 11 mm when connecting conductors to this PCB terminal block. This product incorporates one conductor terminal and utilizes Push-in CAGE CLAMP®. Push-in CAGE CLAMP® connection technology is ideal for connecting all conductor types. It allows direct insertion of both solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules without the need for tools—all thanks to its pluggable design. The dimensions are 29.9 x 25.3 x 16.7 mm (width x height x depth). Depending on the conductor type, this PCB terminal block is ideal for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.2 mm² to 4 mm². It has one level. Four potentials can connect four poles using the four clamping points The contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu), the gray housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation, and the clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi). Tin is used for coating the contact surfaces. This PCB terminal block is operated with a lever. The PCB terminal block is designed for THT soldering. The conductor is designed to be inserted at an angle of 90°.. The solder pins, which are 0.8 x 1 mm in cross-section and 4 mm long, are set out over the entire terminal strip (in-line). There are two solder pins per potential.
