PCB terminal block, 2604 Series, gray

Connecting conductors is quick and easy with this PCB terminal block (item number 2604-3502). It is a universal connector that can be used almost anywhere, for example, as a pluggable PCB connector, panel feedthrough header, connector for rail-mount terminal blocks, or a floating connector for different mounting methods. This PCB terminal block has a rated voltage of 1000 V and can handle currents up to 32 A, making it suitable for high-load applications. Ensure that the strip lengths are between 9 mm and 11 mm when connecting conductors to this PCB terminal block. This product incorporates one conductor terminal and utilizes Push-in CAGE CLAMP®. Push-in CAGE CLAMP® technology provides a universal connection solution for all conductor types. It allows both solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules to be inserted directly into the clamping point without the need for tools. The dimensions are 18.9 x 25.3 x 16.7 mm (width x height x depth). Depending on the conductor type, this PCB terminal block is ideal for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.2 mm² to 4 mm². It comes with one level and two clamping points for connecting two potentials / 2 poles. The clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi), the gray housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation, and the contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu). Tin is used for coating the contact surfaces. A lever is used to operate this PCB terminal block. THT is used to assemble the PCB terminal block. Insert the conductor into the board at a 90° angle.. The solder pins measure 0.8 x 1 mm in cross-section and 4 mm in length and are arranged over the entire terminal strip (in-line). There are two solder pins per potential.
