It is a universal connector that can be used almost anywhere, for example, as a pluggable PCB connector, panel feedthrough header, connector for rail-mount terminal blocks, or a floating connector for different mounting methods. Our PCB terminal block is rated for 1000 V and is designed to handle a rated current of up to 41 A. As such, it is suitable for high-load applications. Ensure that the strip lengths are between 11 mm and 13 mm when connecting conductors to this PCB terminal block. This product features one conductor terminal and utilizes Push-in CAGE CLAMP®. Our Push-in CAGE CLAMP® is a universal, maintenance-free connection solution for all conductor types, offering a key advantage: both solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules can be directly inserted without the need for tools or any preparation, such as crimping the ferrule. The item's dimensions are 77.85 x 31 x 24 mm (width x height x depth). This PCB terminal block is suitable for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.2 mm² to 10 mm². Up to ten potentials / ten poles can be connected to this terminal strip using ten clamping points on one level. The gray housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation, the contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu), and the clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi). Tin is used for coating the contact surfaces. This PCB terminal block is operated with a lever. THT is used to assemble the PCB terminal block. Insert the conductor into the board at an angle of 90°.. The solder pins, which are 1.5 x 1.2 mm in cross-section and 4 mm long, are laid out over the entire terminal strip (staggered).
