PCB terminal block, 2616 Series, 0 °conductor entry to board

Easily, quickly and safely connect conductors with this PCB terminal block (item number 2616-1105). It is perfect for custom installations with different mounting types. This PCB terminal block has a rated voltage of 320 V and can handle currents up to 76 A, making it suitable for high-load applications. Strip lengths must be between 18 mm and 20 mm when connecting conductors to this PCB terminal block. Featuring one conductor terminal along with Push-in CAGE CLAMP®, this connector is highly versatile. Our Push-in CAGE CLAMP® is a universal, maintenance-free connection solution for all conductor types, boasting a key feature: both solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules can be directly inserted without the need for tools or any preparation, such as crimping the ferrule. The item's dimensions are 32.8 x 37.2 x 32 mm (width x height x depth). Depending on the conductor type, this PCB terminal block is ideal for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.75 mm² to 16 mm². Up to five potentials / five poles can be connected to this terminal strip using five clamping points on one level. The clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi), the gray housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation, and the contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu). Tin is used for coating the contact surfaces. A lever is used to operate this PCB terminal block. THT is used to solder the PCB terminal block. Insert the conductor at an angle of 0°.. The solder pins, which are 1.2 x 1.2 mm in cross-section and 4 mm long, are arranged over the entire terminal strip (in-line). There are six solder pins per potential.
