PCB terminal block, 2616 Series, gray

Our PCB terminal block (item number 2616-1105/020-000) ensures effortless electrical installations. It is a universal connector that can be used almost anywhere, for example, as a pluggable PCB connector, panel feedthrough header, connector for rail-mount terminal blocks, or a floating connector for different mounting methods. Rated current and voltage are important parameters when selecting a PCB terminal block, as they determine the product's suitability for different applications. This product has a rated voltage of 1000 V and a rated current of 76 A, making it suitable for high-load applications. Ensure that the strip lengths are between 18 mm and 20 mm when connecting conductors to this PCB terminal block. Featuring one conductor terminal along with Push-in CAGE CLAMP®, this connector delivers reliable performance. Push-in CAGE CLAMP® technology provides a universal connection solution for any type of conductor. It allows both solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules to be inserted directly into the clamping point without the need for tools. Dimensions: 52.8 x 37.2 x 32 mm (width x height x depth). Depending on the conductor type, this PCB terminal block is ideal for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.75 mm² to 16 mm². Up to five potentials / five poles can be connected to this terminal strip using five clamping points on one level. The contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu), the gray housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation, and the clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi). The contact surface is coated with tin. A lever is used to operate this PCB terminal block. THT is used to solder the PCB terminal block. Insert the conductor at a 0° angle.. The solder pins, which are 1.2 x 1.2 mm in cross-section and 4 mm long, are set out over the entire terminal strip (staggered). There are three solder pins per potential.
