PCB terminal block, 2616 Series, lever

Easily, quickly and safely connect conductors with this PCB terminal block (item number 2616-3101). It is a universal connector that can be used almost anywhere, for example, as a pluggable PCB connector, panel feedthrough header, connector for rail-mount terminal blocks, or a floating connector for different mounting methods. Rated current and voltage are important parameters when choosing a PCB terminal block, as they indicate how the product can be used. This product has a rated voltage of 1000 V and a rated current of 76 A, making it suitable for high-load applications. Conductors can only be connected to this PCB terminal block if their strip length is between 18 mm and 20 mm. This product features one conductor terminal and utilizes Push-in CAGE CLAMP®. Push-in CAGE CLAMP® connection technology is ideal for connecting all conductor types. Solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules can be pushed in without the need for tools—all thanks to its pluggable design. The dimensions are 12.8 x 38.2 x 29.4 mm (width x height x depth). Depending on the conductor type, this PCB terminal block is designed for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.75 mm² to 16 mm². It comes with one level and a clamping point that you can use to connect a single potential / 1 pole. The clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi), the gray housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation, and the contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu). Tin is used for coating the contact surfaces. A lever is used to operate this PCB terminal block. THT is used to assemble the PCB terminal block. The conductor is designed to be inserted into the board at an angle of 90°.. The solder pins are organized over the entire terminal strip (in-line) and are 1.2 x 1.2 mm and 4 mm in length. Each potential has six solder pins.
