PCB terminal block, 2616 Series, Push-in CAGE CLAMP®

Connecting conductors is quick and easy with this PCB terminal block (item number 2616-3106/020-005). It offers the flexibility needed for different mounting types. Rated current and voltage are key factors to consider when choosing a PCB terminal block, as they indicate possible applications and uses. This product has a rated voltage of 1000 V and a rated current of 76 A, making it suitable for high-load applications. Ensure that the strip lengths are between 18 mm and 20 mm when connecting conductors to this PCB terminal block. Featuring one conductor terminal along with Push-in CAGE CLAMP®, this connector is highly versatile. Push-in CAGE CLAMP® technology provides a universal connection solution for any type of conductor. It allows both solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules to be inserted directly into the clamping point without the need for tools. The dimensions are 62.8 x 38.2 x 29.4 mm (width x height x depth). This PCB terminal block is suitable for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.75 mm² to 16 mm². It has one level. You can connect six potentials / six poles using the six clamping points. The red housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation, the contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu), and the clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi). Tin is used for coating the contact surfaces. This PCB terminal block is operated with a lever. THT is used to solder the PCB terminal block. Insert the conductor into the board at a 90° angle.. The solder pins measure 1.2 x 1.2 mm in cross-section and 4 mm in length and are organized over the entire terminal strip (staggered). There are three solder pins per potential.
