PCB terminal block, 2616 Series, solder pin dimensions 1.2 x 1.2 mm

Connecting conductors is quick and easy with this PCB terminal block (item number 2616-3112/020-000). You can rely on proven safety with these PCB terminal blocks, perfect for a host of applications when designing your devices. Our PCB terminal block is rated for 1000 V and is designed to handle a rated current of up to 76 A. It is therefore suitable for high-load applications. Conductors should only be connected to this PCB terminal block if their strip length is between 18 mm and 20 mm. This product features one conductor terminal and utilizes Push-in CAGE CLAMP®. Push-in CAGE CLAMP® technology provides a universal connection solution for all conductor types. It allows both solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules to be inserted directly into the clamping point without the need for tools. The item's dimensions are 122.8 x 38.2 x 29.4 mm (width x height x depth). This PCB terminal block is suitable for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.75 mm² to 16 mm². Up to twelve potentials / twelve poles can be connected to this terminal strip using twelve clamping points on one level. The contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu), the gray housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation, and the clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi). Tin is used for coating the contact surfaces. A lever is used to operate this PCB terminal block. THT is used to assemble the PCB terminal block. The conductor is designed to be inserted at a 90° angle.. The solder pins, which are 1.2 x 1.2 mm in cross-section and 4 mm long, are set out over the entire terminal strip (staggered). There are three solder pins per potential.
