PCB terminal block, 2624 Series, gray

Our PCB terminal block (item number 2624-1307) simplifies electrical installations. It is a universal connector that can be used practically anywhere, for example, as a pluggable PCB connector, panel feedthrough header, connector for rail-mount terminal blocks, or a floating connector for different mounting methods. Rated current and voltage are key factors to consider when selecting a PCB terminal block, as they indicate possible applications and uses. This product has a rated voltage of 1000 V and a rated current of 41 A, making it suitable for high-load applications. Conductors can only be connected to this PCB terminal block if their strip length is between 10 mm and 12 mm. This product features one conductor terminal and utilizes Push-in CAGE CLAMP®. Our Push-in CAGE CLAMP® is a universal, maintenance-free connection solution for all conductor types, featuring a winning design: It allows direct insertion of both solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules without needing tools. No preparation is required; for example, crimping the conductor's ferrule is not necessary. Dimensions: 51.5 x 19.4 x 16.3 mm (width x height x depth). Depending on the conductor type, this PCB terminal block is ideal for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.2 mm² to 6 mm². It comes with one level and seven clamping points for connecting seven potentials / 7 poles. The gray housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation, the contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu), and the clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi). Tin is used for coating the contact surfaces. An operating tool is used to operate this PCB terminal block. The PCB terminal block is designed for THT soldering. These PCB terminal blocks are mounted using feed-through mounts.. Insert the conductor into the board at a 0° angle.. The solder pins measure 0.8 x 1 mm in cross-section and 4 mm in length and are organized over the entire terminal strip (in-line). There are two solder pins per potential.
