PCB terminal block, 2624 Series, with 7.5 mm pin spacing

Our PCB terminal block (item number 2624-1310) simplifies electrical installations. It is a universal connector that can be used almost anywhere, e.g., as a pluggable PCB connector, panel feedthrough header, connector for rail-mount terminal blocks, or a floating connector for different mounting methods. Our PCB terminal block is rated for 1000 V and is designed to handle a rated current of up to 41 A. It is therefore suitable for high-load applications. Strip lengths must be between 10 mm and 12 mm when connecting conductors to this PCB terminal block. Featuring one conductor terminal along with Push-in CAGE CLAMP®, this product delivers reliable performance. Our Push-in CAGE CLAMP® is a universal, maintenance-free connection solution for all conductor types, offering a key advantage: It allows direct insertion of both solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules without needing tools. No preparation is required; for example, crimping the conductor's ferrule is not necessary. The item's dimensions are 74 x 19.4 x 16.3 mm (width x height x depth). Depending on the type of conductor, this PCB terminal block is suitable for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.2 mm² to 6 mm². Up to ten potentials / ten poles can be connected to this terminal strip using ten clamping points on one level. The gray housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation, the clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi), and the contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu). Tin is used for coating the contact surfaces. An operating tool is used to operate this PCB terminal block. The PCB terminal block is designed for THT soldering. These PCB terminal blocks are mounted using feed-through mounts.. The conductor is designed to be inserted at a 0° angle.. The solder pins, which are 0.8 x 1 mm in cross-section and 4 mm long, are set out over the entire terminal strip (in-line). There are two solder pins per potential.
