You can count on proven safety with these PCB terminal blocks, perfect for a wide range of applications when designing your devices. Rated current and voltage are key factors to consider when choosing a PCB terminal block, as they indicate how the product can be used. This product has a rated voltage of 1000 V and a rated current of 41 A, making it suitable for high-load applications. Strip lengths must be between 10 mm and 12 mm when connecting conductors to this PCB terminal block. This product incorporates one conductor terminal and utilizes Push-in CAGE CLAMP®. Our Push-in CAGE CLAMP® is a universal, maintenance-free connection solution for all conductor types, featuring a winning design: both solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules can be directly inserted without the need for tools or any preparation, such as crimping the ferrule. The dimensions are 41 x 19.4 x 16.3 mm (width x height x depth). Depending on the type of conductor, this PCB terminal block is suitable for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.2 mm² to 6 mm². It comes with one level and four clamping points that you can use to connect four potentials / 4 poles. The clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi), the gray housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation, and the contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu). The contact surface is coated with tin. An operating tool is used to operate this PCB terminal block. The PCB terminal block is designed for THT soldering. These PCB terminal blocks are mounted using feed-through mounts.. The conductor is designed to be inserted into the board at a 0° angle.. The solder pins are organized over the entire terminal strip (in-line) and are 0.8 x 1 mm and 4 mm in length. Each potential has two solder pins.<br/>
