PCB terminal block, 2624 Series, operating tool

Our PCB terminal block (item number 2624-3101/000-016) makes connections quick and easy. You can rely on proven safety with these PCB terminal blocks, perfect for a host of applications when designing your devices. Our PCB terminal block is rated for 400 V and is designed to handle a rated current of up to 41 A. It is therefore suitable for high-load applications. Conductors can only be connected to this PCB terminal block if their strip length is between 10 mm and 12 mm. Featuring one conductor terminal along with Push-in CAGE CLAMP®, this product is highly versatile. Our Push-in CAGE CLAMP® is a universal, maintenance-free connection solution for all conductor types, offering a key advantage: It allows direct insertion of both solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules without needing tools. No preparation is required; for example, crimping the conductor's ferrule is not necessary. The item's dimensions are 6.5 x 20.3 x 15.4 mm (width x height x depth). This PCB terminal block is suitable for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.2 mm² to 6 mm². The contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu), the green-yellow housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation, and the clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi). The contact surface is coated with tin. An operating tool is used to operate this PCB terminal block. The PCB terminal block is designed for THT soldering. These PCB terminal blocks are mounted using feed-through mounts.. Insert the conductor into the board at an angle of 90°.. The solder pins, which are 0.8 x 1 mm in cross-section and 4 mm long, are arranged over the entire terminal strip (in-line). There are two solder pins per potential.
