PCB terminal block, 2624 Series, operating tool

Our PCB terminal block (item number 2624-3106) makes connections quick and easy. It is a universal connector that can be used practically anywhere, for example, as a pluggable PCB connector, panel feedthrough header, connector for rail-mount terminal blocks, or a floating connector for different mounting methods. This PCB terminal block has a rated voltage of 400 V and can handle currents up to 41 A, making it suitable for high-load applications. Strip lengths must be between 10 mm and 12 mm when connecting conductors to this PCB terminal block. Featuring one conductor terminal along with Push-in CAGE CLAMP®, this connector outperforms the competition. Push-in CAGE CLAMP® connection technology is ideal for connecting all conductor types. It allows direct insertion of both solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules without the need for tools—all thanks to its pluggable design. Dimensions: 31.5 x 20.3 x 15.4 mm (width x height x depth). This PCB terminal block is suitable for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.2 mm² to 6 mm². It has one level. Six potentials can connect six poles using the six clamping points The clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi), the contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu), and the gray housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation. The contact surface is coated with tin. This PCB terminal block is operated with an operating tool. The PCB terminal block is designed for THT soldering. These PCB terminal blocks are mounted using feed-through mounts.. Insert the conductor into the board at an angle of 90°.. The solder pins measure 0.8 x 1 mm in cross-section and 4 mm in length and are laid out over the entire terminal strip (in-line). There are two solder pins per potential.
