PCB terminal block, 2624 Series, solder pin dimensions 0.8 x 1 mm

Our PCB terminal block (item number 2624-3108) ensures effortless electrical installations. You can rely on proven safety with these PCB terminal blocks, perfect for a wide variety of applications when designing your devices. Our PCB terminal block is rated for 400 V and is designed to handle a rated current of up to 41 A. It can therefore be used in high-load applications. Conductors can only be connected to this PCB terminal block if their strip length is between 10 mm and 12 mm. This product incorporates one conductor terminal and utilizes Push-in CAGE CLAMP®. Push-in CAGE CLAMP® connection technology is ideal for connecting all conductor types. It allows direct insertion of both solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules without needing to use any tools—all thanks to its pluggable design. The item's dimensions are 41.5 x 20.3 x 15.4 mm (width x height x depth). This PCB terminal block is suitable for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.2 mm² to 6 mm². It has one level. Eight potentials can connect eight poles using the eight clamping points The contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu), the gray housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation, and the clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi). Tin is used for coating the contact surfaces. An operating tool is used to operate this PCB terminal block. The PCB terminal block is designed for THT soldering. These PCB terminal blocks are mounted using feed-through mounts.. Insert the conductor into the board at an angle of 90°.. The solder pins, which are 0.8 x 1 mm in cross-section and 4 mm long, are set out over the entire terminal strip (in-line). There are two solder pins per potential.
