PCB terminal block, 2624 Series, solder pin dimensions 0.8 x 1 mm

Our PCB terminal block (item number 2624-3110) simplifies electrical installations. It is a universal connector that can be used practically anywhere, e.g., as a pluggable PCB connector, panel feedthrough header, connector for rail-mount terminal blocks, or a floating connector for different mounting methods. Our PCB terminal block is rated for 400 V and is designed to handle a rated current of up to 41 A. As such, it is suitable for high-load applications. Conductors should only be connected to this PCB terminal block if their strip length is between 10 mm and 12 mm. This product features one conductor terminal and utilizes Push-in CAGE CLAMP®. Our Push-in CAGE CLAMP® is a universal, maintenance-free connection solution for all conductor types, offering a key advantage: It allows direct insertion of both solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules without needing tools. No preparation is required; for example, crimping the conductor's ferrule is not necessary. The item's dimensions are 51.5 x 20.3 x 15.4 mm (width x height x depth). Depending on the conductor type, this PCB terminal block is ideal for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.2 mm² to 6 mm². It comes with one level and ten clamping points that you can use to connect ten potentials / 10 poles. The gray housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation, the contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu), and the clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi). The contact surface is coated with tin. This PCB terminal block is operated with an operating tool. THT is used to solder the PCB terminal block. These PCB terminal blocks are mounted using feed-through mounts.. Insert the conductor at a 90° angle.. The solder pins, which are 0.8 x 1 mm in cross-section and 4 mm long, are laid out over the entire terminal strip (in-line). There are two solder pins per potential.
